For this workshop, we have mixed the skill levels and you can either join our beginners or intermediate level and work on a denim pinafore dress.
What will you learn?
Beginners: Make yourself a lovely bag for your shopping or beach visits. Sew a wash or make-up bag with a zipper Take a dive into your first dressmaking project with a pair of pyjama shorts. You will learn how to sew straight lines. We will also cover all basics of sewing including hemming.
Confident & Intermediate Level: Denim Pinafore dress Trace your pattern and cut your fabric. Learn and understand sewing pattern instructions and garment construction. Grow your confidence in sewing straight lines and learn to top-stitch your denim dress.
Advanced: Shorts & T-shirt Start easy with a pair of elasticated shorts - perfect for the beach. Then challenge yourself to a new fabric to make a t-shirt.
Please let us know at time of booking which project you'll sewing so we can prepare the materials accordingly.
What is included in the course? And what do I have to bring?
All materials are included and you just have to bring yourself.
Mixes Level: Beginner, Confident* & Intermediate, Advanced (children aged 13 to 19 years old)
Course Length: 4 sessions of 2,5 hours
Price: AED 1,100 per person
*Confident Beginners should be able to thread the machine on their own, sew straight lines and have basic cutting skills.
