Have you been working on a pattern for quite a while now and stuck at a step? Need help with your next crochet project?

Who is this workshop for?

This club is suitable for adults that need help with a particular skill or project of their own. If you have completed our Beginner Sewing Course* or Intro to Crochet*, you can book this club. Please note our Adult Sewing & Crochet Clubs are not suitable for complete beginners – you will need to know how to use a machine as a minimum or know the basic crochet stitches (e.g. chain, single crochet). 

Otherwise we recommend joining the Beginner Sewing Course or Intro to Crochet. 

* Or made similar projects like we make in these workshops.

When is the weekly club?

Weekly sewing club will be scheduled as following:

Thursdays: 9:30 - 11:30 AM and 6:30 - 8:30 PM 

Sunday: 4 - 6 PM

Advanced bookings are essential!

What is included? And what do I have to bring?

Please bring your own project and fabric (including thread) or yarn. 

We are happy to provide the sewing machine, overlocker, cutting table and any other sewing related tools. If you have a pattern in mind, we'd suggest to cut your pattern and fabric already, so you will get the most of our time. 

Level: Confident and up 

• have used a sewing machine before

• can cut or pin fabric

• can thread a sewing machine

• can sew straight lines and follow a seam allowance

• made projects such as tote bags, drawstring bags and simple toys

• can single crochet and knows how to make a chain

Club Length/Price: 

• 1 session of 2 hours, AED 240

• 3 session of 2 hours, AED 612

• 5 sessions of 2 hours, AED 960

• 10 sessions of 2 hours, AED 1,800

DO I NEED TO BOOK?

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN MACHINE?
Yes, that is always encouraged since it is best to practice on your own machine. As you know, we have a range of Brother and Bernette sewing machines in the studio. If carrying a sewing machine is too heavy, you are welcome to request a specific machine/model (subject to availability).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T COME DUE TO SICKNESS OR TRAVEL?
That's not a problem, you won't loose a session as long as you cancel in advanced. You can book and cancel the clubs at your own convenience. Please cancel at least 24 hours prior of the class start time, otherwise it will be considered a late cancellation. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, we will deduct a session from the prepaid set. Paid Packages are valid as following:

• 10 classes: 4 months

• 5 classes: 60 days

• 3 classes: 40 days

• 1 class: 10 days
